Darcy has worked in a number of different outpatient capacities such as providing in home family therapy, in office individual therapy with adults and children and has worked in three local emergency rooms performing psychiatric assessments. Darcy is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Darcy utilizes a solution focused approach while working to build quick connections and rapport with her patients. Darcy believes that finding the right fit with a therapist is a very important aspect of creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Darcy has experiences working with children, adolescents, adults of all ages as well as family therapy. Darcy has experience working with and treating anxiety/OCD/phobias, depression, PTSD and other trauma related disorders, ADHD/ADD, life changes, Bipolar Disorder, self-esteem, family conflict and others.

Darcy graduated with her bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire in 2011 and graduated with her masters in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire in 2018. Darcy obtained her LICSW in NH in October of 2020 and is in good standing with the board of mental health.

Christy Ruiz Olmeda is licensed in New Hampshire and has 6 years of professional work experience. Christy has worked in inpatient and outpatient capacities such as in-home case management, in office individual and group therapy with adults and has worked with in-school services with children and adolescents. Christy is fluent in both Spanish and English. Christy has experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, & bipolar disorder. Other areas of focus are LGBT, Relationship issues, Family conflicts, Trauma and abuse, Intimacy-related issues, Self-esteem, Coping with life changes, Codependency, Communication Problems, HIV / AIDS. Christy uses Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization, and Reprocessing (EMDR) to connect with each of her clients.

Thisvi has 16 years of clinical experience acquired through work in the mental health and addictions field. She is a Dual-Licensed clinician, licensed by the Board of Mental Health Practice and Board of Licensing for Alcohol and Other Drug Professionals. Thisvi assists clients challenged by addictions, depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD; specializing in trauma, women issues/recovery from unhealthy relationships, parenting and blended family dynamics. Thisvi views her role in the counseling process as a guide and a support, choosing methods that will empower her clients. She is passionate about combining both traditional and holistic methods towards healing, utilizing a wide array of therapeutic tools and resources. Traditional psychotherapy models such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt, Rational Emotive and Solution Focused can be combined with alternative methods such as auricular acupuncture, sound music and trauma-informed yoga. Thisvi supports her clients in overcoming emotional obstacles and restrictive boundaries in order to expand and realize their full potential.
In addition to traditional counseling, Thisvi facilitates court ordered LADC and Anger Management evaluations.
