Align Counseling Associates PLLC is currently hiring a full time 1099 contracted NH licensed therapist/clinician.

Align Counseling Associates is currently a growing group private practice in the heart of Manchester, NH. Align Counseling Associates is a supportive, independent work place that is focused on helping the clients we serve.

Contractor would have access to their own furnished office space, furnished waiting room with coffee/tea/water station, kitchenette, electronic medical record, shared bathroom and group supervision with other local licensed clinicians. Access to a biller to help get credentialed with insurance panels as well as follow up on claims. We have a psychiatric nurse practitioner on staff and in office for in house referrals for medication management if you feel it is needed. Flexible schedule of your own making, can be hybrid position with a mix of in person and telehealth. We provide marketing and a steady stream of referrals. Looking to find a licensed clinician who would like to see on average between 20-25 clients a week. Paid bi-weekly with a competitive split, make full time money working under 40 hours a week.
Prefer a clinician trained in EMDR or willingness to get trained and/or an already determined clinical area of specialty they would like to bring to Align.

Qualifications:
-Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling or other related mental health discipline.
-Valid and in good standing New Hampshire license: LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent.
-Previous experience providing individual outpatient therapy preferred.
-Comfortable learning and utilizing electronic medical records.
-Comfortable working independently and not with direct supervision.
-Strong organizational/self-management skills and strong communication skills.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Align Counseling Associates is a small group private practice in the heart of Manchester, NH. Align Counseling Associates is a supportive, independent work place that is focused on helping the clients we serve.

Pre-licensed clinicians would have access to their own furnished office space, furnished waiting room with coffee/tea/water station, kitchenette, electronic medical record, shared bathroom, individual (license) supervision and group supervision with other local licensed clinicians. We take care of credentialing with insurance panels as well as deal with billing and following up on claims. We have a psychiatric nurse practitioner on staff and in office for in house referrals for medication management if you feel it is needed. Flexible schedule of your own making, can be hybrid position with a mix of in person and telehealth. We provide marketing and a steady stream of referrals. We are looking for pre-licensed therapist to see around 25 or more clients a week. Paid bi-weekly with direct deposit.

Pre-licensed/license eligible position, whether you just graduated from your masters program or been in the field for a little bit working towards your license we would love to have you join the team.
